2. How We Use Your Data

- Facilitate transactions and vendor payouts (via Stripe Express)
- Enable bookings, course purchases, and service sales
- Provide customer and creator support
- Monitor site performance and prevent fraud
- Send updates, emails, and marketing (only with your consent)
- Provide Pro Membership and coaching access (including via Discord)
3. Who We Share Data With
We may share your data with:
- Stripe (to process payments and payouts)
- Vendors (when you make a purchase or booking)
- Discord (if you join our coaching or support server)
- Facebook (if you joined using Facebook login)
- Analytics and email platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp)
- Government or legal authorities, if required by law
We do not sell your data to third parties.
Marketplace Data Sharing
When you purchase a product, service, booking, or digital content from a Vendor on the platform, certain information (such as your name, email address, and relevant booking or transaction details) will be shared with that Vendor to facilitate the transaction.
Vendors operate as independent sellers and are responsible for complying with their own legal obligations regarding privacy and data protection. The Movement Organization is not responsible for the privacy practices of individual Vendors.
4. Stripe Express

5. Cookies
We use cookies to:
- Maintain login sessions
- Track platform usage
- Improve your experience
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly.
6. Data Storage & Security
We store your data securely and take reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Passwords are encrypted. Payment details are handled exclusively by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
Public Content Visibility
Content uploaded to public profiles, listings, the directory, store pages, discovery feeds, or other publicly accessible areas of the platform may be visible to other users or publicly accessible depending on your account settings.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not contain private or sensitive personal information that you do not wish to be publicly displayed.
7. Your Rights
You can:
- View, edit, or delete your profile data at any time
- Request an export or deletion of your personal data
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime
- Contact us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account

8. Data Retention
We retain user data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we retain only the minimum legally required data for auditing and dispute resolution.
9. Children’s Privacy
Users must be 13+ to join the platform. Vendors and content creators must be 18+.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
10. Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. You will be notified of material changes via email or dashboard notice.
