How do refunds work?
If a buyer asks for a refund, what happens?

Refund requests must be sent within 3 days of payment.

If approved, the buyer is refunded minus the Stripe processing fee and the 10-15% platform fee.

After 3 days, refunds are only possible if we can recover the funds from the seller.

Refunds are always deducted from the seller’s next payout.
Tip: Clearly describe your class or product to reduce refund requests.
