Help activating my profile. no emails. also forget password not working.
I tried activating my account but i didnt get any emails. also the forget password doesnt seem to be working.

First, check your spam or promotions folder.

If you clicked “unsubscribe” by accident, go to your → notifications to turn emails back on.

Log out of your account from all devices then try hard refreshing your browser

Make sure to activate your account on the same device you used to sign up (desktop with desktop, mobile with mobile) when activating or using “forgot password”

If you’re still having trouble, you can always upgrade to Pro/Business for direct ticket support.
