We’re not an agency — we don’t represent dancers or take control of your career. Instead, The Movement Org gives dancers the tools to represent themselves:
Direct access: Dancers and customers communicate directly, without a middleman.
Full control: You set your own fees, rates, and terms for work and digital products.
Freelance freedom: You keep ownership of your career and bookings.
Agencies decide who they represent and control the negotiations. On The Movement Org, you’re in charge — our platform simply connects you to opportunities and provides the infrastructure to get paid safely and transparently.
The Movement Org adheres to the Dancers Australia Code of Conduct as the benchmark for assessing dancer levels in line with industry standards. We are committed to maintaining these standards and expect all members to represent their skills honestly. For full details, please refer to our Code of Conduct.

The Movement Org exists to support dancers who choose to manage their careers professionally, giving them the tools, visibility, and optional guidance to build income and momentum across real-world and online opportunities.
